A Scenic & Convenient Lake Rosalie Marina Location

The Harbor RV Resort and Marina is set along the northwest shore of Lake Rosalie in Lake Wales, Polk County, Florida. Lake Rosalie is 4,600 acres of clear water that offers abundant bass for the fishing-minded. The location also offers easy access to Lake Tiger, Lake Kissimmee and the Kissimmee Canal & Rosalie Creek on the Kissimmee River Chain in central Florida.

Now, I'm literally a "fish out of water" once I hit the shore, but even I appreciate the beautiful setting this central Florida marina provides. Your boat will be located along a shore shaded with live oak trees covered in Spanish moss that are home to a variety of birds and squirrels. You'll often see sand cranes, limpkins and other large birds along the shore. Paved streets throughout the resort make it easy for you to get your boat to the launches.

Hello, friends. Otto here to be your fishing guide. The Harbor RV Resort and Marina makes a great "home port" for exploring all the fishing opportunities of Lake Rosalie, Lake Tiger, Lake Kissimmee and the Kissimmee Canal & Rosalie Creek on the Kissimmee River Chain.

Central Florida Bass Fishing

The local waters around The Harbor RV Resort and Marina are teeming with bass. I find rattle traps and shallow diving crank baits work well to reel in bass of all sizes.

Other Central Florida Fish Species

Lake Rosalie has excellent crappie fishing in the winter. You may also fish for blue gill, Florida gar, pickerel and channel catfish.
